About MHPT

now offering Kinesis in Lowry

Mile High Physical Therapy was established in 2001 by Dr. Paden Wolfe. After working for a large corporation he realized how quality care was missing and decided to create a clinic that allowed the appropriate amount of time for every patient.

“I envisioned a clinic that provided quality care to everyone. I would not allow the pressures from insurance companies or anyone to keep me from accomplishing this goal.” says Dr. Wolfe.

Introducing the Kinesis System

Mile High Physical Therapy recently added the Kinesis movement system to provide a new way to work out. “It is unlike any other workout you have ever done” says Dr. Wolfe. “Some people prefer cardiovascular training like running, ellipticals or the stair master and some like strength training with weights, with the Kinesis you get them both at the same time.”

Kinesis is offered to anyone who is interested in losing weight, getting in shape, preventing injuries or stretching and strengthening their minds and bodies. The unique workouts will take you to the next level of fitness or provide you a new beginning to getting fit safely.

With Kinesis you get your cardiovascular and resistance training all in a 30-45 minute session. This is an entirely new way to get fit that you have never tried before. It truly eliminates the monotony of repetitive workouts by utilizing over 400 unique movements to strengthen, tone and stabilize your body in ways you have never experienced.

Natural Movement, No Membership Fee

With the pace of everyday living constantly reducing the amount of time we have for exercise, the Kinesis is the solution to staying fit forever-and its fun.

Dr. Wolfe was introduced to the Kinesis system and was hooked from day one. “The sessions are exciting, motivational and never the same.” says Dr. Wolfe, “The beauty is that the machine follows your body where it moves freely rather than forcing you to conform to unnatural motions.

Although Dr. Wolfe utilizes Kinesis for rehabilitation with patients in Physical Therapy, it is mainly tailored to group workouts for anyone interested in getting in shape in a new way.

The Kinesis added in the Lowry community, is the first one in the Rocky Mountain Region offered without a membership fee. It is also the only one offered by a licensed Physical Therapist.
